Senior Acoustic Consultant:
My client provides specialist acoustic and building compliance consultancy services to ensure that their clients meet all essential compliance and regulations as per the British Standards. They aim to work closely with teams during the design phases to facilitate smooth project implementation that meets all project deliverables within the set budget and timeline. Their projects span across the hospitality, education, residential, and commercial sectors, as well as encompass the development and redevelopment of existing structures.
Requirements:
- A BSc and/or MSc in Acoustics or a related field, along with MIOA status
- Ability to create informative technical reports with remedial advice for optimal project outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in new development projects and renovation of existing structures
- Possession of a valid driver's licence
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure project runs smoothly and oversee onsite activities
- Create informative technical reports
- Manage junior colleagues during surveys and assessments
- Manage key stakeholders to prevent uncertainty and unexpected impacts
- Review all design plans to ensure regulatory and British standards compliance and quality control
