The Opportunity:
A long established and leading industrial business based in Teesside is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. The Finance Business Partner will be the interface between Finance and Operations, driving business strategy and supporting the Finance Director and Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join this excellent business.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with cost centre owners and various stakeholders within the business;
- Manage and review processes with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Ensure robust controls are implemented and followed;
- Preparation of various reports and analysis for stakeholders including at Board level;
- Drive strategy and monitor and report on various KPIs;
- Budget setting and review; and
- Support the Finance Director and the team in completing month end reporting and adhering to deadlines.
You will be/have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent);
- Collaborative and comfortable working within a team and independently; and
- Minimum 2 years' experience of business partnering.
