Job Title: Catering Supervisor
Location: Harrow on the Hill
Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay: £14.17 per hour
Shift: Average of 40 hours per week worked over 36 weeks a year, 5 days out of 7 across a 3-week rota, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Catering Manager and Hospitality Manager in the day-to-day operations of the school's catering needs across multiple venues.
- Organise, lead, and motivate a diverse team of 20-30 full, part-time, and casual catering assistants.
- Oversee workloads, maintain quality standards, and ensure the well-being of catering staff.
- Plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for staff, colleagues, and clients.
Essential:
- Previous experience in a front-line, customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanour.
Desirable:
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Knowledge of catering operations in a school or large-scale setting.
- Relevant qualifications in catering or hospitality.
