Purpose of the role

To provide assistance with daily tasks in running a busy office. The job will involve administrative tasks and assisting with research, administrative and dealing with client queries.

The successful candidate will contribute towards helping the business to grow and assure that existing processes within the office are kept up to date daily.

Duties

  • Daily updates of systems, spreadsheets and record logs
  • Preparing files and documents for client meetings
  • Booking travel and accommodation etc.
  • Liaising with existing clients
  • Speaking with providers to obtain information
  • Producing letters
  • Pre-populating forms for clients
  • Payment and logging of invoices
  • Research & fact finds
  • Handling incoming calls and queries
  • Adhoc tasks assisting the team
  • Scanning paper files
  • Keeping track of stationary and ordering stock when required
  • General administrative tasks
