- Managing Tribunal claims and representing at hearings
- Advising on disciplinaries, grievances, and restrictive covenant breaches
- Handling HR issues, TUPE, and employment disputes for both employers and employees
- Drafting contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures
- Providing corporate support for mergers, acquisitions, and contracting out
- Developing client relationships and participating in business development
- Leading and collaborating on projects
