We are seeking an enthusiastic Facilities Manager to join us working in a luxury residential development within the Waterloo area.
Must be able to deliver excellent customer service, whist being able to handle confidential and sensitive information, dealing with issues and queries with utmost professionalism and take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices.
Other essentials: good IT skills, investigating and reporting experience, highly vigilant, good initiative with a very critical eye for detail.
- The Maintenance Manager is expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the managing agent and client.
- To maintain and improve the County Hall brand image by collaborating with customers, the Managing Agent, the client and employees.
- To ensure the maintenance schedules are adhered to; that operational checks are carried out and recorded and that contractors respond to call outs in accordance with terms of contracts.
- Risk assessments & Method statements for all contractors
- Work Permits
- Signing off works
- M&E daily checks (Plant rooms, pump rooms etc.)
- ETC..
