About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Manager for a not-for-profit organisation in Dartford.
Accountabilities
- Ensure strategic relationships with suppliers
- Provide expert advice on all aspects of contract management protocols
- Development of robust contracts across the organisation
- Implement guidelines and procedures on commercial, administrative and legal aspects of contract management
- Provide commercial expertise to resolve contractual issues and disputes
- Lead supplier performance reviews
- Work closely with procurement teams
- Consolidation of contracts and compiling the contracts register
Candidate Requirements
- MCIPS accreditation or Level 4 CIPS as a minimum
- Public sector procurement experience
- Experience leading on supplier negotiations
- Experience commercial, administration and legal contract management experience
- Willing to travel to site as required
- Proven experience in a similar position
