I'm looking for a
Social Housing Site Manager
for a contract working around
Cannock
- This role will be for 3-4 months to begin with, with the possibility of a permanent contract after that. The contracts will be working on Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment schemes within tenanted properties
The Social Housing Site Manager will be needed to:
- Appraise RAMS
- Arrange and complete inductions
- Carry out weekly inspections
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour teams
Ideally, I'm looking for a Social Housing Site Manager that:
- Holds their SMSTS
- Holds their 1st Aid Awareness
- Holds their Manual Handling, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness (can be taken online)
- Has experience working in social housing, and on Kitchen and Bathroom schemes
In return, the Social Housing Site Manager will receive:
- 26 - £27 per hour
- 3-4 months work, then a permanent position paying up to £42,000 a year
