Search Accountancy & Finance are working with a Sussex based business who are looking to add a newly created FP&A Analyst role to their growing finance team.
As the FP&A analyst you will work closely with the Finance Director and key holders to support the strategic objectives of the business by providing insightful analysis.
As the business looks to scale the FP&A Analyst will take responsibility for tracking KPI's, identifying trends, reviewing margins, analysing product performance, supporting the budget process and assisting with the month end process.
Successful applicants will have previous experience of analysing data/FP&A. Excellent communication skills are essential as the is ability to work autonomously and across multiple systems. This role offers flexible hybrid working.
