I am actively seeking a driven Associate to become a key member of a growing Architectural Practice in Warrington. This dynamic practice has a combined experience of over 30 years and work across a number of sectors. Their exciting portfolio of projects, span a mix of building types and small to large scale projects, their expertise lies within the healthcare sector as well as completing several residential and commercial projects. they have cultivated an excellent reputation for their sustainable ground-breaking designs and have earnt themselves a number of repeat long standing clients. joining this successful team will ensure excellent career progression, a chance to work on a number of exciting projects for well-known clients whilst working in a supportive and social working environment.

The successful Associate (ARB/CIAT) will have substantial post qualification experience being well versed in Revit and AutoCAD, job running experience and having worked at senior level previously.

Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Associate (ARB/CIAT):

  • ARB registered or member of CIAT
  • Extensive relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice
  • You will be proficient in Revit
  • Job running experience is essential
  • Demonstratable experience working on a mix of Architectural projects
  • Proven record of working at an Associate level
  • Preferably have on site experience
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong technical abilities and boast design flare
  • Comprehensive understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to win project bids
  • Produce project briefs
  • Able to well effectively in a team and independently
  • Oversee junior members and assist with their development
  • Eager approach to work and continued professional development
  • Preparing reviewing and approving drawings as required
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and other professionals
  • Live locally to the Warrington area
