This temporary role starts immediately and runs for two months. It offers a hybrid working structure with three days working from home and two days on campus (Thursday and Friday). As a Senior Programme Officer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating a special global award module and other programmes online during the summer months. Your responsibilities will include handling complex data, supporting programme planning and delivery, and collaborating with academics.
Senior Programme Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the transition of programmes to an online format, ensuring accurate and timely loading of materials onto the systems
- Collaborate closely with academics and programme managers. Interacting confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling complex data
- Draft and manage documents and correspondence tailored to diverse audiences
- Manage the inbox and liaise with academics, focusing on high-level tasks rather than routine student queries during the summer months
Senior Programme Officer Key Skills:
- Programme administration experience within a higher education context, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience in managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with student records systems and virtual learning environments, including managing online assessments
