My client is a Global based marketing agency, who is looking for a Freelance Account Director to support them across their existing team.
Responsibilities:
Consistently developing creative and innovative ideas and solutions for client campaigns.
Building and maintaining relationships with senior clients, understanding their requirements, and consistently exceeding their expectations.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of clients' brands, categories, and customers.
Leading a team to deliver effective word-of-mouth activities for various clients and projects.
Leading and integrating insights and monitoring projects with creative and strategy development.
Collaborating with the Business Director to innovate and develop strategic offerings.
Monitoring and understanding client markets, including market issues and competitive activity.
Keeping clients informed with timely reports stored in a central location accessible to the team.
Assisting in creating project briefs and working with the wider team to develop ideas, strategies, or campaign tactics, then presenting and selling these to clients.
Developing effective project plans and specifications with the team.
Producing accurate cost estimates and ensuring they are approved by the Business Director and the client before proceeding.
Ensuring timely completion of all billing and adherence to client budgets, with approval for all expenditures.
Assisting with client reviews with senior clients and overseeing the quality of final deliverables.
Ensuring the Business Director signs off on all briefs and attends important project meetings.
Maintaining a central file of essential client information.
Requirements:
Experience in account handling, creative development, or client-facing project management within a creative enterprise.
Proficiency in delivering digital and social campaigns.
Experience in cross-market campaign activation.
Line management experience.
Ability to effectively manage client relationships while delivering projects to high standards, on time, and within budget.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Ability to interact with people at all levels with tact, diplomacy, discretion, and maturity.
Strong listening skills.
Understanding of social media and its impact on brand.
Excellent and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
