Location: Hammersmith
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Office Based
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Role Overview:

As an Office & Events Administrator, you will be integral to the management and delivery of internal events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You will also be responsible for various office administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination:

  • Support the planning and execution of internal events, from small meetings to large corporate gatherings.

  • Prepare and manage event materials and logistics.

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure successful event delivery.

  • Office Administration:

  • Handle all inbound/outbound deliveries, post sorting, and distribution.

  • Ensure smooth running of post and courier services.

  • Act as the main contact for office enquiries and greet office guests.

  • Liaise with our Serviced Office Business.

  • Manage stationery and office supplies orders.

  • Photocopy, file, and scan documents.

  • Field inbound calls to the appropriate team member.

  • Process expenses and book business travel.

  • Update the company contact list with the HR team.

  • Maintain a tidy office environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in office management and administration.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Prior experience in event coordination or administration is highly desirable.
