- Providing advice and guidance on revenue and benefits application management
- Providing technical support on user enquiries
- Ensuring account reconciliations are completed in a timely and accurate way
- Resolving reconciliation discrepancies
- Participating in audits of system administration
- Interpreting and implementing policies

Experience
- Recent experience with supporting system applications
