SALARY: £28,345 - £30,785 pro rata + Benefits (see below)

LOCATION: Stanmore, North West London (HA7)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Senior Office Administrator / School Administrative Assistantwith previous experience in office administration, strong leadership abilities, high levels of literacy and numeracy and good understanding of basic financial tasks.

Working as the Senior Office Administrator / School Administrative Assistant you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational efficiency and success.

As the Senior Office Administrator / School Administrative Assistant you will support the Central Team in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Senior Office Administrator / School Administrative Assistant will include:

  • Provide efficient administrative support, particularly in HR tasks such as data management and audits
  • Continuously review and improve administrative processes for increased efficiency
  • Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating job adverts and candidate queries
  • Manage employee screening checks and maintain accurate records
  • Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries and issues, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in office administration, particularly in the development and maintenance of robust administrative systems and procedures, ensuring smooth operations across various departments
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adaptable to changing priorities, it is vital to remain flexible and responsive to evolving business needs
  • Proficiency in basic financial tasks to effectively handle financial records and reports with precision and clarity
  • High literacy and numeracy skills
  • Collaborate with team members, and convey information clearly and concisely to ensure effective communication channels within the organisation
