The 2nd Line Support Engineer role:

  • As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing our clients with technical issues and queries.
  • You will have a varied role supporting Windows infrastructure and Network queries.
  • Working independently and on projects there will always be something to keep you busy and developing your skillset.

2nd Line Support Engineer - Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a 2nd Line Support or similar role.
  • A high level understanding of the Microsoft Cloud stack and Windows Server.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to a high standard.
  • Understanding of Networks - Routers, DHCP, DNS, VPN and VLANs.
