Description
As a Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for:
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision making
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models and cost-effective strategies
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to implement financial plans
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Provide guidance on financial risk management
- Present financial reports to senior management
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A strong academic background in Finance or a related field
- Part qualified in (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis
- Proficient in financial forecasting and risk management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
