We specialise in the Smart Repair of prestige vehicles, and have long-standing relationships with dealers including Bentley, Aston Martin, and Lamborghini, providing you with reliable and varied work.

Along with a competitive basic salary of £30,000, you will also benefit from a generous bonus scheme paying an additional £10,000-£15,000, a company van and mobile, fuel allowance, uniform, pension contributions and up to 28 days leave.

Responsibilities as a Smart Repair/Paint Technician:

  • Preparing all vehicles for repair and painting.
  • Performing machine polishing.
  • Preparing alloys, bumpers, and wing mirrors for painting.
  • Mixing paint to match exact specifications.
  • Conducting minor dent repairs and paint applications.
  • Carrying out filler work and prime vehicles for spraying.
  • Managing and ordering stock, as necessary.

We're looking for a Smart Repair/Paint Technician with:

  • Previous experience in a Smart Repair role, or in a similar Bodyshop environment.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for daily customer interactions.
  • Confident in dealing with both the public and trade customers.
  • Strong work ethic and cheerful personality.
  • Keen eye for detail and motivated to deliver work to a high standard.
  • Enjoy working as part of a dynamic team.
  • Ability to work outdoors and adapt to a variety of tasks.

You will be working in various locations across Kent, Sussex and Surrey, 08:30 – 17:00.
