What will you do?
- Advise a local, national and international client base on all residential conveyancing matters
- Deal with new client instructions
- Provide estimates, source of funds and onboarding
- Produce & issue contract packs
- Complete searches
- Post exchange & post completion matters
- Prepare completion statements
- Obtain mortgage funds
- Handle registrations and SDLT returns
- Advise on your own small caseload of simple matters if/when appropriate
- Have much client contact at all stages
- Become a very valued member of the firm and team
What do you need?
- To have at least 1 year's residential conveyancing experience
- To have at least 1 year's experience working in a law firm
- To already be a legal assistant or paralegal
