Credit Controller Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, you will act as a vital link between Sales and Finance, supporting a range of operational functions including:
- Managing customer relationships and account queries
- Maintaining accurate records of payments and credit status
- Analysing payment patterns and producing insightful reports
- Processing credit applications and making decisions
- Supporting a diverse, collaborative team across departments
As the role grows, so will your exposure to more advanced financial responsibilities and reporting.
Credit Controller Skills:
- Curious, detail-oriented, and keen to learn
- A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable working with multiple currencies and customer accounts
- A natural communicator with strong Excel and general IT skills
- Ideally familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excited to build a meaningful career in Finance
- Excellent written and spoken English (additional EU languages a plus)
