Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Provide support in the preparation and analysis of management accounts
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial spreadsheets and documentation
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and reporting systems
Skills:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration
- AAT qualification or relevant finance degree (or currently studying towards)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
