Description
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems to provide maximum performance and availability.
- Coordinate and execute IT software and hardware upgrades.
- Develop and maintain IT system documentation and processes.
- Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Set up accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
- Participate in business-wide meetings to suggest efficiency-enhancing IT practices and policies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Profile
A successful Group IT Systems Administrator should have:

Essential:

Minimum two years experience working in an IT environment

Administration of Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, O365 including Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint Online

Administration of On-premise Active Directory & Group Policy

Experience supporting a large number of users across multiple sites

Experience of:

Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows Server

General desktop and office IT equipment troubleshooting

Setting up IT Accounts & desktop & laptop builds

Driving license
