Ward: Occupational Therapy

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 18.00pm

You'll work with people with physical, mental health or social disabilities to help them do everyday activities. You'll spend time with individuals to found out they do in there day to day life and help them find ways to overcome challenges

Role responsibilities:

  • Be primarily responsible for the rapid assessment and treatment of patients who have urgent and/or complex physical / mental health and social care.
  • Provide health care advice and education to team members, statutory, voluntary, and independent sector providers
  • Ensure up to date written and electronic records and activity data are maintained in accordance with professional and trust standards
  • Prioritise caseload, with professional demands, considering the needs of other members of the team.

Whatyou'll need:

  • Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy / Occupational therapy.
  • HCPC Registration
  • Community experience
  • Post registration experience in rehabilitation and condition management.
