- Prior HCA/SW experience preferred
- Enhanced DBS Certificate and Update Service
- Valid Mandatory Training Certificates (15 Standards including Oliver McGowann training)
- Valid PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) from a certified training Centre
- Positive and Warm Attitude
- Communication Skills
