Role: Accounts Payable Assistant

Robert Half are currently working with a market leading consultancy based in central London.
They are looking to hire a talented Accounts Payable Assistant to join their high-performing finance team.
This role will be hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office.
Role
The accounts payable assistant role has exposure to a variety of responsibilities and will be working closely with Management Accountants.
It is a great role in a company that really invests in their staff! It will suit an individual looking to build a successful career in accounts payable.
Key duties include:

Inputting supplier bills and expenses for multiple entities in multiple currencies.

Preparation of bank reconciliations.

Assisting with the cash flow forecast.

Resolving queries.

Assisting the team with ad hoc duties.
Profile
The ideal profile for this Accounts Payable Assistant role, should have the following attributes:

2+ years purchase ledger experience.

Wants to build a career in accounts payable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
