This is a great opportunity to work for one of the nations leading Property Management companies in their field that are still growing and developing as we speak. They are seeking a new Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive Finance team.
There could well be natural and future progression within this company as they like to promote internally.
You will be involved in Bank Reconciliations whilst ensuring unidentified cash receipts are dealt with in accordance with RICS requirements. Internal transfers, Remittances / Cheques and Banking will be carried out daily so there is always something to keep you busy in this varied position. You could even be involved with Month-End and client reporting processes, as and when required. There are many other interesting responsibilities and ad hoc duties to be added too!
A successful candidate would be confident, enthusiastic and be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. A team player and someone who is able to work well under pressure will excel in this role! Attention to detail is a must as you must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and numeracy.
An ideal candidate would have some previous experience or knowledge with Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable and strong experience with Excel & Word.
Salary starts at £22,308 + bonus + benefits.
This is a full-time office-based position.
