Payroll Administrator
Location: London
Salary: £25,000-£35,000
Job Type: Full-Time, on-siteWe are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in managing payroll processes for a large workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately processing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payrolls
- Maintaining payroll records and employee data, including tax and deduction updates
- Handling payroll queries from employees and management
- Ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and company policies
- Assisting with payroll reporting and audits
- Coordinating with HR for new starters, leavers, and contract changes
- Processing employee benefits, pensions, and deductions
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in payroll administration is essential
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., Sage, ADP)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and handle confidential information
