Reports To: Director of People & Culture

About the Role:

We are working with a global leader in network infrastructure and communication solutions. They are seeking a passionate Employee Experience Advisor to provide essential HR advice and guidance. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and enhancing our employee experience across Europe. You will be the first point of contact for employees, managing HR queries and executing crucial HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generalist HR Support: Provide Tier 1 HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Data Management: Execute data changes in Workday, ensuring accuracy.
  • Escalation: Handle complex queries by collaborating with HR teams.
  • Document Management: Maintain employee records and manage documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify service issues and implement improvements.
  • Knowledge Management: Create and maintain documentation for HR queries.

Attract & Hire:

  • Manage the offer and contract process, pre-onboarding, and Day 1 activities.
  • Assist in offboarding employees, conducting exit interviews, and updating records.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in maintaining employee records.

Enable & Develop:

  • Support onboarding and learning processes, coordinating sessions and ensuring smooth integration.
  • Collaborate on learning plans, scheduling training sessions, and maintaining training documentation.
  • Manage compliance training to maintain a 100% track record.
  • Support the administration of our Early Careers program.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:

  • Manage day-to-day benefits and employee change requests.
  • Provide support on compensation, benefits, and payroll-related issues.
  • Assist with data gathering for payroll activities.

Key Performance Measures:

  • Timely and accurate HR service delivery.
  • Accurate and on-time payroll.
  • Continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.

  • Employees and People Leaders
  • Process Owners and Tier 2/3 HR Teams
  • External: Legal advisors, Benefits providers, Payroll vendor

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR advisory experience.
  • Relevant certifications (CIPD, CPP).
  • Advanced knowledge in HR functional areas and employment legislation.
  • Proficient in HR software (Workday) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
