Marketing and Campaigns Project Lead

  • Daily Rate: £300-£325 (inside IR35 via Umbrella)
  • Location: Lingley Mere, Warrington
  • 3 days a week on site, 2 days working remote
  • Job Type: Contract (6 months)
  • Working Hours: 37 per week

We are seeking a Marketing and Campaigns Project Lead to join our Brand and Campaigns team, focusing on Rainwater management. This role involves creating and delivering comprehensive communication and engagement plans to promote sustainable drainage solutions and manage rainwater effectively.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with the Comms Team and the Rainwater Management team to design and execute impactful communications that inspire stakeholders, customers, and local authorities about the benefits of rainwater management.
  • Develop collateral and content to support conversations with various target audiences, including local authorities and the community.
  • Manage targeted communications for specific audiences with tailored offers, such as SMART enabled water butts and permeable driveways.
  • Engage and oversee external agencies to develop, approve, and produce campaign assets and collateral within commercial frameworks to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Evaluate campaigns, report on outcomes, and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and report on the delivery of plans.
  • Contribute to internal and external communications for the broader business within Strategic Planning & Sustainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven multi-channel marketing experience and qualifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver successful internal and public-facing campaigns aimed at changing behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital optimisation, PR planning, and execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business.
  • Experience in data analysis to influence decision-making and campaign success.
  • Decision-making skills, especially in resolving conflicts of interest in campaign delivery.
  • Proficiency in using SAP for financial processes such as raising shopping carts and tracking purchase orders.
