Expected hours: 10 hours per week - Flexible working hours

Pay: £30,000 per annum (Pro-Rata'd - 10 hours per week) + commission + mileage (Pay Negotiable)

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic property manager to join a rapidly growing business. We are looking for someone who is committed to achieving the very best for the properties, landlords and tenants. As a high-quality specialist letting agency it is vital that this person must have a genuine interest in all aspects of managing property.

This could be an ideal opportunity for someone that requires part-time hours for childcare or school runs etc.

As a business, my client manages properties along the M4 and M3 corridors from Redhill to the East and Bristol to the west. We are therefore looking for someone who is based roughly halfway between in the Newbury or Basingstoke areas.

We need a driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment. The business has doubled in size over the past year, and they're just getting started!

You'll begin by managing the existing portfolio, but this is just the beginning—we're counting on you to help scale our HMO property base. You'll be equipped with all the systems, and support needed for success.

The Role:

This is a varied and hands-on role, combining both office and field-based responsibilities. You'll need access to your own car (Expenses Paid), as you'll be overseeing properties across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and Bristol, managing both residential and HMO properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting accompanied viewings and showcasing properties to potential tenants
  • Coordinating move-in and move-out appointments for a smooth tenant experience
  • Managing property maintenance, ensuring high standards are met
  • Communicating effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Supporting the growth of our property portfolio by attracting new clients and properties

About You:

You're passionate about property, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact. You bring experience in property management, lettings, or sales, and you're ready to grow with a team that's going places fast.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (we'll reimburse mileage)
  • Proven experience in lettings, property management, or property sales
  • A proactive, growth-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a growing business.
  • Be a good communicator.
  • Be able to provide a clean DBS check.
