Assistant Brand Manager - Wellbeing-beauty, joining at an exciting time when new premium & masstige beauty brands are being acquired & developed, this vital role will be part of a talented Brand marketing function.
Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager you will be responsible for driving brand performance across all UK channels to market; bricks and mortar Retailers, e-Tailers as well as those overseas. An agile attitude is essential as the pace is fast and new opportunities are being presented all the time!
Innovation is at the heart of the organisation's success, supporting with the planning, the development and direction of both the NPD & Marketing activities. Data, trend and competitor analysis, using strong numerical reasoning.
Beauty brand experience would be highly advantageous but relevant brand management/marketing experience within trend lead FMCG may also be considered. Strong academics (ideally a 2.1 degree / equivalent) along with proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
Based largely in their offices in Cambridgeshire you will be able to work 1 day from home - a full driving licence is therefore a must.
