Senior Treasury Analyst

About the role

Coventry Building Society recently announced it has reached agreement to purchase The Co-operative Bank plc, subject to gaining regulatory approvals.

As a result of this, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the Society on a 12-month fixed term contract. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be a key contributor in developing new and maintaining existing analysis, as well as supporting in the development of less experienced members of the department.

The role-holder will be comfortable in receiving guidance on areas that require development as well as using their own initiative to identify areas for development.

Responsible for assisting in the production and update of key regulatory documents, key committee reporting packs as well as internal policies and procedures, the person in post will convey these updates across the business and to senior management.

About you

Experienced in Treasury and Prudential risk within the financial services sector, you'll be able to translate regulation into implementable business solutions.

You'll be an excellent communicator, proficient at working to deadlines and capable of condensing the requirements from regulatory documentation into digestible work streams. You'll also have experience/knowledge of Quantum and/or QRM.
