We have an opportunity for a Lettings Coordinator to join us on a full time fixed term basis until the end of August 2025.
We offer hybrid working, with at least two days in a week in our Newbury office.
The salary will be £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
The Role
OurCoordinatorsplay a key role in supportingus to provide good quality affordablehomes to those in need. You willsupport one of our lettings teams with their administrative tasks including advertisingour new lettings opportunities, issuing and following up paperwork, data input and tenancy set up. This is a really busy role where you will be completing multiple tasks, navigatingour in house systems and working to deadlines.
What we need from you:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Experience of communicatingwith internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Experience of using multiple IT systems and a basic knowledge of Excel
A knowledge of housing is desirable but not essential.
