A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Machine Mould Setter on behalf of our client based in Basildon.
Your duties as a mould setter will include:
- Mould changing
- Colour changing
- Material changing
- Mixing pcr
- Quality checks
- Mould/machine maintenance
- Set robots, 6 axis, side entry, over head, IML (In mould label) and standard pick and place
- Troubleshoot moulding issues
- Troubleshoot robot/IML issues
- Use of overhead crane
- Good housekeeping
- 5s (Training given)
- Lean six sigma (Training given)
Requirements:
- It is essential that your housekeeping standards are good and you follow the 5s methodology.
- Be flexible in your working hours, days & nights if needed.
- You must be able to work both individually and as part of a team
- Work to deadlines
- Be able to follow a detailed production plan.
Hours of shift are 07:00-19:00 & 19:00-07:00
