Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delegated Authority Bordereaux Analyst to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist in the management and oversight of the end-to-end bordereaux validation, payment, and mapping process for claims, premium, and risk bordereaux. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with service partners to deliver market-leading levels of service and accurate, meaningful outputs to internal stakeholders.

What you'll do:

As a Delegated Authority Bordereaux Analyst, your role will be pivotal in managing the end-to-end bordereaux validation process. You will be responsible for overseeing the processing of risk, premium, and claims bordereaux into BDX for lead and follow binders. Your ability to manage systems effectively will be crucial in monitoring service provision. You will also act as a key liaison point with service partners, working together to deliver superior bordereaux validation services.

  • Oversee the processing of risk, premium and claims bordereaux into BDX for lead and follow binders.
  • Manage systems and processes to monitor and measure service provision.
  • Act as key contact and escalation point for any bordereaux related queries.
  • Work closely with the Data team and different internal stakeholders to design, develop and implement tailor-made reporting solutions for the business.
  • Monitor data quality via dashboards and liaise with the service partner to ensure issues are identified and resolved.
  • Continually seek improvement to management information ensuring it is accurate and fit for purpose.
