Do you have customer service experience but now looking to start your career within an office role?

We are recruiting for entry-level Customer Service Advisors, working for a growing company based in Aylesbury. This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £22,000 - £22,500. The good news is this company will give you a chance to showcase your customer service skills and transfer them in to an office position, they will fully train and support you to succeed. All you need to have is good customer service experience and a polite, clear and professional telephone manner.

This is an office based position and the working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch. No weekends, however additional weekend shifts will be paid at overtime should you want the extra money then this optional.

You will be answering and handling incoming calls and queries, plus making outbound calls to contractors and arranging repairs when required. Sounds simple enough? You will need to be able to retain information and remain customer focused when providing a resolution.

In return for your hard work you will be offered 22 days annual leave which increases by 1 day for every full year worked up to a maximum of 25 days, qualification sponsorship, Employee Assistance Programme and more!
