This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm and alternate weekends Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 11am – 4pm (Thursdays off when weekends worked) on a basic salary of £26,750,000 plus uncapped commission £35 - 55,000 OTE.
As Business Manager, you will coordinate, direct and control activities of a skilled sales team of 4 people, ensuring they are hitting their potential, as well as driving the team to ensure they are delivering the highest level of customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring your team are achieving individual and team sales targets by maximising upsell opportunities for finance, insurance products, and accessories
- Motivating and leading your sales team daily
- Supporting with any training or areas of development
- Building trust, communicate effectively, and exceeding customer expectations
We are keen to hear from candidates with the following experience:
- Experience working in an automotive retail environment from a similar position (Business Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager)
- Be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience of motivating and leading a successful sales team
- The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers
- Customer first attitude
- Full UK driver's license – essential
