Are you passionate about fresh homemade food & looking for work in an award winning cafe & bistro?
We are looking for a kitchen lead to work alongside our current kitchen team & owner to help maintain our high standard in delivering fresh, homemade food using local suplliers.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of our kitchen & back of house team. Ensuring they & yourself are keeping upto date with aspects of food hygiene & safety. Helping to implement the upcoming new mwnu that is soon to be launched & tasked with creating new specials to be served daily. Alongside helping to keep our private catering offerings also available.
This position is a full time role 5/7 days with no evening work except for every 2nd friday. One sunday a month expected & 1 weekend a month off in full.
A minimum of a food hygiene level 2 is required, level 3 preferred or must be willing to work towards.
Salary is per hour & negotiable dependant on experience & can be discussed at interview stage.
Holidays are 28 days a year including bank holidays & christmas shutdown.
