£15.38 - £16.82 per hour (depending on experiance)
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 0700 - 1600 (40 hours/week)
Job specification:
The SME Co-Ordinator will work within the SME team and provide support and work direction. This role is predominantly office based role, but will require working in the warehouse.
Main responsibilities:
- Working Safely complying with site Health & Safety
- Responsible for own Health & Safety, and those around them
- Embedded in the Procurement LPS scheme
- Supporting & overseeing that SME team activities are completed in a timely manner
- Monthly & Weekly reporting – generating reports, collating information for audit controls
- Responding to ad hoc requests from management
- Managing warehouse shelf life checks
- Cost Reporting – compiling reports and distributing to relevant people
- Issues Non Conformance – completing warehouse, SAP system checks and adjustments were required
- Control over Direct to site and Bulk Chemical goods receipting
- Holiday cover for Catalyst Co-Ordinator
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- Good administrative, analytical and communication skills
- Use of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, outlook, etc. (training where required)
- Familiarization with SAP (training where required)
- Ability to prioritise own workload, working independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to take initiative, but still seek help when appropriate
