Randstad Education are recruiting for a permanent Room Leader for a Chester based nursery to start as soon as possible. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities
- Delivering a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years
- Manage the daily running of the room
- Ensure the safety of the room for children, staff, and others
- Implementing and adhering to a daily routine indoors and outdoors
- Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Develop positive relationships with parents/carers and encourage involvement in their children's development
- Managing the room team
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years or equivalent
- EYFS knowledge
- Strong English and Maths skills
- 1+ years experience working in a nursery or similar environment
