Description
As the agency Client Services Director you'll report to the Founder to help develop the team and drive the growth of key accounts and new business.
- You'll maintain an overview of all client projects and keep up to date with progress, deadlines, targets and budgets.
- Client relationship management - evolve existing relationships as well as identify, develop and convert new opportunities for the agency.
- Leadership of the client services team - encouraging collaboration as well as mentoring and developing people
