Finished your Primary PGCE and looking for a teaching role for September? Prospero Teaching are recruiting for a primary teacher for a lovely primary school in Burnley to work in Year 5 for the coming academic year, starting in September. This role would suit an ECT or an experienced teacher.
This is a full time Year 5 class teacher role where you will be responsible for all aspects of planning, teaching and assessment. You will need to be an enthusiastic teacher who enjoys planning and teaching creative and interesting lessons. You will need to have good understanding of expectations and assessment for Upper Key Stage 2.
As class teacher, you will be expected to manage your classroom and resources effectively, and provide clear direction for your TA. You will be required to use a positive style of behaviour management, and have clear and high expectations for the children.

- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Professional references covering the last two full years
- Experience working in a UK Primary School
