Customer Care Coordinator

Our client is a leading manufacturing in their sector, and they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

Our client is passionate about providing excellent customer service and they are looking for an experienced professional to become a valued member of their team.

The role of the Customer Service Coordinator will be varied but duties will include:

  • Order processing and order management.
  • Managing telephone enquiries and customer service calls.
  • Processing customer complaints, ensuring the best outcome for the customer and the company.
  • Producing weekly back order reports and liaising with customers and relevant BDMs.
  • Generating quotations.
  • Administration of paperwork.
  • Liaising and supporting of network of Business Development Managers.
  • Internal & external reporting, as required.
  • Management and organisation of your own and shared sales inbox.
  • Proactively developing customer relationships to increase sales and exceed customers' expectations.
  • Taking ownership and managing your given accounts to ensure complete and professional customer care.

About you:

  • Must have some previous customer service experience.
  • Must be a determined and enthusiastic team player.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Ideally you will have experience working on a CRM, but training will be given on internal systems.

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced Customer Service professionals who can work well both independently and as part of a team. You must be an excellent communicator with a background in a similar customer service role.

Training will be fully office based for up to 3 months, and then the role will be hybrid, with one day a week in the office.
