Due to highly exciting growth and expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Investment Management firm based in the City of London. Our client is seeking an Investment Administrator to join their team to provide exceptional administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the team and the wider business, enabling excellent client service. Candidates must demonstrate previous experience working in compliance with international policies, procedures and regulatory frameworks.

Duties of the Investment Administrator to include:

  • Assisting with clients' account setups while adhering to AML regulations
  • Supervising the process and closure of accounts
  • Processing and overseeing account modifications for any alterations in client details
  • Facilitating, organizing, and accurately filing client correspondence and records in a timely and efficient manner to uphold data precision.
  • Offering administrative assistance for portfolio transfers both to and from the company
  • Acquiring and assessing CGT data
  • Managing the internal transfer of holdings between accounts
  • Supporting with client facing support, including addressing telephone calls, passing on clear messages etc.

Requirements of the successful Investment Administrator:

  • Previous experience working within financial services is essential, ideally within investment services
  • High levels of accuracy and numerical skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Account opening and amendment systems highly advantageous
