A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this great team based at a site in the Canary Wharf. This is working purely in a Staff Dining operation and you will work Monday to Friday frm 7am to 3.30pm with a starting salary of £37,000 and not be required to work any evenings or weekend

Currently they have a large staffed team in the kitchen with an Head Chef and CDP's and Commis Chef and KP.s. You will be catering for around 800-1000 on a daily basis.
We are looking for a Sous Chef with staff dining experience ideally from a busy Contract Catering site. The main focus is for Street Food and cuisine from the high street, You will need good knowledge of current trends and have a keen interest in dish development.
The Sous Chef will need a solid career history ideally within Contract Catering and be able to work in busy environments. You will be joining one of the leading contract caterers in the UK so very good opportunity for progression and development are offered.
