The Company:

Our client provide pension administration on behalf of their clients. They have over 800 staff across 5 offices and are based in the UK and globally. Due to their success and growth they are looking to recruit in their office which is based in central Bristol.

The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Pensions Administrator. In this role they are looking for someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented individual responsible for reviewing and logging casework in a timely manner, ensuring that the information received is complete prior to passing over to the administration team for processing.

You'll be allocated cases to complete which will include data amendments and general correspondence. You'll work closely with the administration team to ensure casework is dealt with accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out administration tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with internal processes and company policies
  • Managing your workload, taking into consideration time required for all cases to be reviewed
  • Liaising with scheme members through a variety of channels including email, letter or telephone
  • Preparing member correspondence and inputting data into client reports
  • Collaborating with team members and building relationships with supporting teams
  • Providing support to team members and assisting the Team Leader as required
  • Engaging and being visible with team members and the Team Leader throughout the day
  • Assisting the administration team where necessary

The Person:

For this role our client is seeking someone with previous customer service or administration experience. As well as that they are seeking someone who is or has:

  • Ability to process, collect and input data accurately
  • Strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to answer queries by telephone, letter and email
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The Salary:

£23 - 25,000

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
