Client Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Client Account Manager to join a globally renowned company, a leader in their field with an outstanding reputation. This role is perfect for someone who excels in providing first-class client care, prioritising tasks, and thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing clients, handling enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Prepare and issue quotations and agreements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage client licences, including new, replacement, termination, and renewal processes.
- Handle initial enquiries and bookings for customer training courses, administering licences and organising travel for external courses.
- Coordinate exhibition and conference attendance, including booking exhibitions, arranging stands, and organising travel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A proven background in client management with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong IT skills and confidence in using databases.
