Main Duties:
As a Management Accountant, your main duties include:
- Producing detailed sets of management accounts
- Cash book and bank reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- Variance analysis
- Completion of annual internal statutory accounts
- Processing of payroll
Location / Office / Culture
The role is initially based in Birmingham but moves to hybrid after a training period. The company operate from a modern office with a strong Finance Team of 12. The business is very flexible in its working patterns and due to the current ongoing growth offers great chances for progression.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 12 months experience in management accounts
- A part-qualification in CIMA/ACCA/ACA
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet software
