Description

  • Manage and maintain digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for system-related issues using Jira for ticketing
  • Implement security measures to safeguard digital infrastructure and data.
  • Set up and configure client portals and courses within the learning management systems.
  • Manage user accounts, including creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of access issues on CMS and Learning management systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal staff, ensuring swift responses to questions and escalation of complex problems.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance checks.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the functionality of digital systems.
  • Install and configure software and hardware components as required.
  • Document system processes and maintain up-to-date records for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations.

Profile

A successful System Administrator should have:

  • Experience managing and maintaining digital platforms.
  • Experience administering learning management systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms and familiarity with editing HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge of best practices in website accessibility and SEO.
  • Knowledge of system security protocols and best practices.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues with a systematic approach.
  • Familiarity with software and hardware installation and configuration.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
