Roles and Responsibilities:

- You'll be instrumental in managing and optimising processes for chemical treatments and surface engineering—key to enhancing aircraft performance and durability.
- Engage with cross-functional teams globally to implement innovative manufacturing solutions that meet rigorous safety and quality standards.
Skills required for the Manufacturing Engineering Manager:
- A seasoned professional with a degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in surface treatment processes such as Anodising, Conversion Coating, and Passivation.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, ISO9000, AS9100 quality systems, and a strong track record in industrialisation and process improvement.
